Some gratuitous knitting and kitten pictures!
Because, though I am forever knitting, I am also forever forgetting to take pictures of my finished stuff.




Here is the ever lovely Moey tolerating being stuffed into yet another sweater her mommy has knit for her.




Here she rolls on the floor hoping it will fall off.



The sweater is Casey's Coat from the new Stitch 'N Bitch Nation. I used some of the lovely Brora Softspun that I purchased in the last WEBS sale. It knit up beautifully, and was just charming to work with.
The sweater is actually for our little dog, Lucy Loo, but she's in bed right now since it is 2:32 am, and I really don't think she needs to be
woken up since she'll just get rowdy and have to potty.




And! I'm on Thanksgiving Break! Time to get caught up on homework backlog, sleep, and knitting!

I saw your post in the knitting community. I designed the sweater in the book, and seeing someone actually use the pattern is so cool! Thanks for posting about this!

So cute! I showed Jesse this picture, and he is now nagging me to get a kitty. Because he says that we "need something little and adorable to love", as he looks pointedly at Ella.

My sister, Peggy, made that coat pattern up! That is really cool
O-oShe named it 'Casey's Coat' because my grandma has a dog who's name is Casey, and she likes sweaters. Also, if you read that thing in the book that said my Grandma was blind or had trouble seeing, the editors of the book just put it in there to make the story more dramatic. My Grandma can see perfectly.
